If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in its original and unworn condition within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out your requested exchange or refund you the purchase price to your original payment method. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/ or a refund refused.

We prefer that items are returned to us via Royal Mail to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is HEMYCA LONDON 193b Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1DN. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via Royal Mail.
TO RETURN VIA ROYAL MAIL PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
Email email@example.com to issue you with a returns authorization. Complete the returns form that was included in your order. Attach the pre-printed free returns Royal Mail label to outside of your parcel. Drop off at the post office ensuring you obtain proof of postage receipt.
Once our customer care team have issued you with an authorization number, they will arrange a convenient time with you for the courier service to collect your parcel. Our Customer Care team will email you with your booking confirmation and, if necessary, any further information required to complete your return. Please leave your package open until the driver has checked the contents.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. On receipt of the return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Items are faulty if they are received damaged or there is a manufacturing fault. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
